Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive a license to use the delivered content as specified in their service agreement. CRSV Productions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRSV Productions' total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
